I like working where product, brand, and business meet.
My work is about turning early ideas into products, brands, and launches people can understand, buy, and trust — from messy direction to sharp execution and something real in market. Small teams and new categories are usually where I do my best work.
In a nutshell
- End-to-end ownership. From discovery, direction, and product thinking to craft, launch, and iteration — with a bias for getting things live without losing quality.
- Design × business. I care about both how things look and how they perform: conversion, clarity, retention, and brand trust.
- Founder mindset. Co-founded three companies; used to ambiguity, small teams, and wearing more than one hat.

MICROMILSPEC
2019–2024 · Creative director
Built brand, digital, and physical design from zero with my co-founder. We scaled sales to about 40 MNOK in three years—from bespoke pieces for Erling Haaland to 30+ military units. I touched design, production setup, hiring, logistics, and day-to-day operations.
Highlights
- Co-founding MICROMILSPEC with Henrik Rye—entering hardware, manufacturing, and CAD without a prior background, and learning the category and tools deeply enough to ship real products.
- Uber.com redesign with Ueno (Haraldur Thorleifsson & Ben Mingo).
- Finn.no rebrand with Monna Nordhagen, Miriam Skovholt aMortensen, Ludvig Bruneau Rossow.
- Design leadership on major TV 2 and Nettavisen digital relaunches.
- A month in SF redesigning Lever (recruiting software at scale).
